Prebooking products will be shipped within 15-18 working days . product will be delivered in 17-25 working days. Orders may take longer than expected due to covid 19. ( working days exclude Saturday,Sunday and national holidays)

How to Exchange an Item
- To apply for an exchange send all the respective details on support@mairavogue.in. we shall revert you in 12-24 working hours.
- Once your return consignment is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or exchange of your product with 12-48 working hours.
- If the product to be exchanged is not available,a credit voucher with a validity upto 12 months will be given to the customer.
- If we are ready to exchange, then your order will be processed, and delivered as same, within a certain number of days.
